Alex Liu, is the General Manager of Reserve Professionals, based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. Alex is fully certified as a Reserve Specialist by the Community Associations Institute. We perform Capital Reserve Studies throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virgina, and wherever Property Managers, Condo or Homeowners Associations need a reserve study performed.
Alex has had a full and varied career tailor made for Capital Reserve Studies with a tremendous amount of hands on experience:
- Over 10 years experience in Construction and Home Inspections
- Has managed the construction of midrise condo structures, single family homes, and university buildings
- Developed large site projects, converting raw land into finished pads
- Is currently serving on my 3rd HOA board, a total of more than 13 years
- Has served as president for 8 years
